How this works

Sign in to Fleet and connect your 3D camera.
One-time per camera mount: run the eye-in-hand calibration wizard (camera to flange).
Capture the part from several angles, entering the live flange pose each time. Shots merge in KUKA BASE.
Load the part STEP file and auto-align (ICP) on the merged cloud, then download the aligned STEP.

1. Capture point cloud(s)

Camera rides the flange. By default the live KUKA flange pose is read automatically at each shot. Capture from several angles and they merge in KUKA BASE.

For best results, overlap each new angle by about one third with the previous one.

Run once per rig with a representative part scene in view. All captures then use these frozen settings.

Fast: quicker, smoother (2x2 binning). High: full sensor detail, slower and slightly noisier.
